This document, our rules, policies, and the other documents referenced make up our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and R-School. Please read them carefully.
R-School may amend the Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.
3. PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
The person who created the R-School membership account (the "Account Owner") has access and control over the account and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, the Account Owner should maintain control over the account and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. R-School can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, R-School or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
R-School agrees to keep any and all confidential information that is obtained about the user strictly confidential. “Confidential Information” means any information or matter concerning the business, finances, technology, or affairs of the user which are not in the public domain. R-School respects your right to privacy. We put in place security measures for your personal data and manage your personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.
R-School may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability for the following reasons but not limited to:
You agree that you will be responsible for your use of the R-School platform, and you agree to defend and indemnify R-School from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to, use of, or alleged use of, the Platform; (ii) your violation of any portion of these Terms, any representation, warranty, or agreement referenced in these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, other property, or privacy right; or (iv) any dispute or issue between you and any third party.
In no event will R-School be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the R-School platform or any materials or content available through the site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not R-School has been informed of the possibility of damage.
The content provided through the R-School platform, including but not limited to, the text, data, graphics, photographs, sounds, videos, interactive features, posts, feedback, messages, tags, and other materials (collectively, "Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks") are owned by R-School, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under our laws and international conventions. All Content is provided to you solely for your information and personal, non-commercial use. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any Content other than as expressly permitted herein. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform or features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services or Content.
You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to use, R-School or its services for any activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose or any purpose that is harmful to others; or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent or harmful to others.,
