English Train | Writing Workshop
Description
The workshop is an instructional practice designed to help kids, tweens, and teens get hands-on practice in the writing process. You will get instant feedback on your writing, and the instructor will work with you to correct any errors in sentence structure, being the base to good paragraph and essay writing.
Juniors Timing: Each Saturday for 2 Saturdays from (11:00 AM -12:30 PM) Saudi Arabia, Jordan time.
Teens Timing: Each Saturday for 2 Saturdays from (1:00 PM -2:30 PM) Saudi Arabia, Jordan time.
What you will learn
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Understand a writing prompt? How to break down a prompt?
- Write a correct and complete sentence, with a subject and predicate.
- Write a structured paragraph (topic sentence + supporting details + conclusion sentence).
- Use interesting sentence starters.
- Avoid common grammar mistakes in your writing.
- Use correct punctuation.
- Search for and use powerful vocabulary.

Ashgan studied English literature at the faculty of Alsun, received an MA in special education needs from University College London Institute of Education, and taught middle school students in two American and British international schools in Cairo for 9 years.
